Trailer Stabilizing Jacks Prevent Front End Collapse

Trailer Jacks – Management must make sure that forklift operators do not enter an unattached trailer (where the trailer is no longer attached to the tractor) on a forklift without first securing the front of the trailer with a support jack. This is to prevent rear end lift or landing gear collapse which may cause serious injuries to the forklift operator.
