Use: For the temporary relief of sore throat and coughs occurring with a cold. 

 

Drug Facts
Active Ingredient (in each lozenge)

Menthol - 6 mg

 

Uses  For the temporary relief of
-minor sore throat irritation
-coughs due to a cold  

Warnings   Do not use for persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with
-Smoking
-Asthma
-Emphysema
-if cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus) unless directed by a doctor 

 

Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists for more than 7 days, tends to recur or is accompanied by
-Fever
-Rash
-persistent headache
-sore throat is severe
-persists for more than 2 days or is accompanied or followed by
fever
-headache
-rash
-swelling
-nausea
-vomiting 

 

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a  Poison Control Center right away. 1-800-222-1222 

 

Directions:  

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Allow one lozenge to dissolve slowly in mouth
-may be repeated every 2 hours as needed or as directed by a doctor
-children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor

-store at room temperature
-avoid excessive heat and humidity

 

Inactive Ingredients: Artificial Flavor, Benzyl Alcohol, Blue 2, Corn Syrup, Eucalyptus Oil, Red 40 and Sugar
